Graduate Management Trainee

Job description

We are seeking ambitious and motivated graduates to join our Graduate Management Trainee Program, where you will gain hands-on experience in key business areas, preparing you for a leadership role within the company.

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training in various aspects of the removals and logistics business, including operations, customer service, sales, and team management. You will develop leadership skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge to progress into a managerial position.

The programme is designed to give you the skills to proceed to a Management position within 12-18 months. If you think the learning is over now your studies have finished then think again, the learning doesn’t stop there. GB Liners prides itself on the training it provides; during the scheme you will work within each sector of the business and work toward an International Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and an Institute of Safety & Health qualification (IOSH).

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive exposure to the removals industry, including planning, logistics, and customer service.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating relocation projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth execution of removals.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support business development through sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze data and reports to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage and motivate teams to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Participate in leadership training and development programs.
