The Council is once again preparing to recruit to its Graduate Programme, which runs every two years and offers a vibrant environment in which to learn new and transferable skills, meet people from a range of backgrounds and develop a career.
In Adult Social Services, the Graduate Officer will work within a project involving staff and citizens to co-produce effective and innovative evaluation methods. Using qualitative research methods, this two year project seeks to work with groups of citizens service users/ carers and social care practitioners in developing a range of tools and measures., which can then be easily and systematically used by practitioners to evidence “what difference” social care services have made.
What we are looking for
If you are expecting to gain a 2:1 degree in a relevant area; have been in the workplace since gaining your 2:1 degree; have imagination and passion to help us in delivering these changes, then you could apply to be part of our Graduate Programme.
