Job description

The Council is once again preparing to recruit to its Graduate Programme, which runs every two years and offers a vibrant environment in which to learn new and transferable skills, meet people from a range of backgrounds and develop a career.

Working on key projects across the Council, the Graduate Officer - Projects will research new advancements, innovation and best practice, work across the organisation and with external bodies to build productive relationships and effective partnerships and develop rational recommendations.

Fixed-term - two years.

What we are looking for


If you are expecting to gain a 2:1 degree in any discipline, or have been in the workplace since gaining your 2:1 degree, can communicate fluently in the medium of Welsh and have drive and passion to help us meet a huge range of responsibilities then you could apply to be part of our Graduate Programme.
