We are James Andrews – a specialist consultancy offering temporary and permanent recruitment solutions for a diverse range of sectors, including Social Housing, Finance, Human Resources, Property Management and Procurement.
Since being established in 2009 by a driven management team with ambitious growth plans, we have come a long way. From our humble roots operating out of a tiny office above a grocery store in Leicester, we now have three beautiful offices throughout the UK (Leicester, London and Birmingham).
However, we do not intend to slow our expansion any time soon. In fact it’s our aim to triple, if not quadruple, in size over the next few years. To do this we need graduates like you – bright, ambitious individuals who we can support to grow, develop and become leaders in the industry.
We can truly and confidently state that we’re a great place to work; since June 2018, we have been a silver accredited ‘Investors in People’ company, demonstrating that excellent management is at the very heart of the organisation.
