Graduate Sales Development Representative

Job description

As a Sales Development Representative in the Claranet Sales Team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, nurturing and qualifying potential customers of Claranet. Acting as the first point of contact into a prospect, you will develop sales pipeline across Claranet’s portfolio of products and services.

You will also participate in our Claranet Sales Academy, a 12-month training programme crafted to equip you with all the essential tools for success. This programme is designed to boost your confidence in the role and guide you towards becoming a well-established salesperson.

Essential roles and responsibilities

  • Operate in line with the standardised sales methodology for Claranet Sales.
  • Provide regular updates to the Inside Sales Manager on performance and KPIs.
  • Support the marketing team with campaigns aimed at our new logo prospect customers.
  • Using Claranet systems, tooling and data source, you will hunt, open, nurture and qualify new logo prospects.
  • Outbound selling activity including phone calls, emails and social selling to arrange customer meetings for virtual/face to face discussions around the portfolio
