This is a unique opportunity for University graduates to join a high growth real estate business and gain experience across multiple departments. Successful candidates will rotate between teams including Customer Service & Tenancy Progression, Marketing & Sales, Compliance and Maintenance Coordination, working within established teams of industry experts. Extensive training and mentorship will be provided, with excellent progression opportunities available upon successful completion of the program.
Customer Service & Tenancy Progression
The Customer Service and Tenancy Progression teams are responsible for ensuring our tenants have a market leading experience from the initial contracting stage of their tenancy all the way through to check-out. The largest office-based team at Student Cribs, they are at the heart of what we do. These teams assist tenants throughout the contracting process, complete right-to-rent checks and support check-ins, delivering seamless customer service at all stages of the tenancy.
Marketing & Sales
The Marketing team are responsible for building awareness of the Student Cribs brand across our 25 markets, and generating leads for the Portfolio Management & Lettings Team. With a strong focus on digital marketing, they ensure Student Cribs is top-of-mind and top-of-page when students are searching for accommodation. In addition to managing advertising channels, the Marketing Team also monitor review channels, manage the website, create and manage marketing assets of our properties, conduct market research and produce market reports.
The Sales team are responsible for letting our student properties. They are the first touchpoint prospective tenants have with the brand when searching for the perfect home. They help students navigate available options, view suitable Cribs and move to the booking stage. Our Sales Team thrive on helping students find the perfect Crib, delivering next-level customer service and know their markets inside and out ensuring properties are let for the following year.
Compliance
The Compliance Team is a critical function that ensures that Student Cribs adheres to the laws and rules required to facilitate its operations. The compliance team at Student Cribs is responsible for the acquisition and quality assurance of the various certifications required to let properties.
Maintenance Coordination
With 4,900 tenants across the UK and a deeply rooted commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and safe, comfortable accommodation, the Student Cribs Maintenance Coordination team are a core function of the business. Coordinating internal Maintenance Operatives and external contractors, this team ensure both reported issues and planned preventative works are scheduled and completed in a timely manner, while keeping tenants informed with the help of Student Cribs custom Tenant Portal (app).
- Flexible start dates between June and September
- Location: London (excellent central London location, newly developed office)
- Salary: £26,000 + Discretionary Bonus
- Hours: 09:00am to 18:00 Monday to Friday with the ability to work some weekends where required (especially during mid-June and mid-August).
