Job description

We are looking for 24 graduate trainees to join our London team over the next 12 months - 12 to start in 2017 and 12 to start in mid-2018.

As a trainee, you will work in one of the commercial areas of our business including sales, client services, dealing, marketing, risk and compliance. We’re looking for people with a passion for providing excellent client services, business support, compliance services, and engaging clients through world-class digital marketing activities. It is essential that you who have a good grounding in finance, economics or maths and an interest in learning more about financial markets.

This entry level role is ideal for recent graduates with strong interpersonal skills seeking work in a fast-paced, challenging and team-focused environment.

By joining IG through these positions you will spend around 18 months developing a deep understanding of our clients, products and business. Depending on the team you join, you will gain a deep understanding of how we;

  • Develop our products and platforms
  • Market to clients and prospects
  • Deliver the best possible service
  • Process client trades
  • Manage the risks across our business

After successfully learning how the business works you will have the opportunity to move around IG, broaden your understanding and apply your skills in other areas.
