City of Wolverhampton College, a forward thinking further education centre located in the Midlands, is launching a Graduate Programme for up to two years, and it's creating opportunities for highly motivated graduates to help change young people's lives through education.
Enjoying genuine responsibilities from day one, the programme will give you a broad understanding of how the college runs as a business, and prepare you to take on leadership roles in the future.
Hungry to use the skills you've developed during your degree course, you'll benefit from a bespoke Graduate Programme, which in its later stages will be tailored to your personal development. You will be determined to make the most of the professional development opportunities and supportive network we offer.
As part of the programme, you'll help deliver co-ordinated and effective information systems and processes college-wide. Of course, you'll need to get to know how the college operates, and that's exactly what our training will help you achieve. You'll also be determined to ensure the data management of the college is accurate and timely, and that our data protection provision is robust.
Join the programme, and as well as getting early responsibility and the chance to study for a PGCE or other relevant qualifications, you'll receive a generous holiday allowance of up to 40 days per year.
Excellent communication skills are a must, so too the ambition and drive to be successful in our inspiring learning environment.
