Job description

City of Wolverhampton College, a forward thinking further education centre located in the Midlands, is launching a Graduate Programme for up to two years, and it's creating opportunities for highly motivated graduates to help change young people's lives through education.

Enjoying genuine responsibilities from day one, the programme will give you a broad understanding of how the college runs as a business, and prepare you to take on leadership roles in the future.

Hungry to use the skills you've developed during your degree course, you'll benefit from a bespoke Graduate Programme, which in its later stages will be tailored to your personal development. You will be determined to make the most of the professional development opportunities and supportive network we offer.

A responsive, creative and forward thinking IT function is crucial to the success of the college. And we have an opportunity for a graduate with a 2:1 in an IT related discipline to join the programme.

You'll receive a broad overview of how the college operates,and use your knowledge to ensure our IT provision is fit for purpose. You'll also play a key role in assessing which new technology will have the biggest and most positive impact on the college and its students.

Join us, and as well as getting early responsibility and the chance to study for a PGCE or other relevant qualifications, you'll receive a generous holiday allowance of up to 40 days per year.

Excellent communication skills are a must, so too the ambition and drive to be successful in our inspiring learning environment.

Qualifications and experience requirements

A 2:1 in an IT related discipline.
