Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Jupiter HR team as a Reward Assistant, working specifically within the Reward function supporting the Head of Reward, Reward Manager and Benefits Manager. The role will involve providing support in relation to all reward matters for the company, including:
  • Responsibility for monthly pension, benefits and share scheme administration.
  • Processing of share option exercises.
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets through the annual salary review and bonus round.
  • Supporting employees with queries in relation to their compensation and benefits.
This role is well suited to an individual who has a keen willingness to learn about various areas of reward, including the operation of share plans, international payroll and benefits, tax reporting requirements, and executive compensation in a listed organisation.

Person requirements

  • Strong numerical skills (including A level maths).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal professional communication skills.
  • As a HR focussed role, the individual will have to work discretely and maintain confidentiality of information.
