You’ll also meet with global colleagues on the Future You program to train and work on exciting projects together.
This is your opportunity for a real learning on-the-job position in our Fiber Foodservice segment that will equip you with skills to build, execute and lead sustainability initiatives in a global company setting. The program is built around 3-6 month rotations across our global business in Customer Service, Product Development, Operations, Sales and Commercial Excellence giving you a unique opportunity to learn about our company and develop fast in your role.
What you’ll be doing
- Customer Service: Interact with customers, process orders, and support product enquiries.
- New Product Development: Experience creating new, innovative products for customers.
- Operations in another UK site: Learn high-quality product production and material flow management.
- UK & Ireland Sales: Implement sales strategies, work on key accounts, and analyze market trends.
- Global Commercial Excellence: Develop profitable pricing models and work on global projects to improve commercial processes.
- By the end of the program, you will be well-equipped to take on a role as a Key Account Manager in the UK & Ireland Sales team.

Where you’ll be
You’ll be based in our production site in Belfast, Northern Ireland for most of the program, with one 3-6 month rotation to another production site in the UK and with opportunities to travel to our Headquarters in Helsinki, Finland.

- You’ll have a passion for delivering customer excellence through building meaningful relationships and driving results through effective communication and innovative problem-solving.
- We are looking for people who are versatile, driven, can adapt to the situation, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, English and Business. Other degree disciplines will be considered. (You must have graduated or be due to graduate before Summer 2025)
- Minimum of Lower Second Class Honours (2:2) Bachelor’s Degree achievement
- Up to 2 years' work experience (prior to or after graduation)
- International experience gained via studying or working abroad or through working in an international environment
- Strong Communicator & Problem Solver: Excellent at conveying ideas, building relationships, and creatively solving challenges
- Customer-Focused & Tech-Savvy: Empathetic towards stakeholder needs, proficient in time management, and ability to learn our CRM software
- Resilient & Collaborative: Adaptable, motivated, and a confident team player who thrives on feedback and trends
- Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in other languages is an advantage
- Willingness and flexibility to travel and work abroad for up to 6 months across Europe
- Permanent right to work in UK
