Guildhawk, in collaboration with Sheffield Hallam University, is seeking to recruit a high-calibre Senior Software Developer to enhance a team designing and developing a cloud-based interactive service core to the company's strategic vision. You will be helping to innovate, lead, design and develop an interactive digital platform that will support the management of the next generation of gig-economy contractors, challenging not only your own skills but the industry as a whole, as well as the company’s business model.

What we are looking for

You must have experience in at least one of successful commercial software development and delivery, or developing and deploying management systems. Practical experience in cloud service development and containerised deployment (e.g. Azure, AWS or IBM Cloud) and knowledge of OOP, clean coding practices, SOLID software design principles is also essential.

Qualifications

You should have an Honours degree in software engineering or a relevant discipline and an MSc software engineering (or equivalent experience).
