The programme lasts for nine weeks, providing individuals the opportunity to earn up to $1900 CAD over the summer, gain first-hand experience, make life-long friends and explore Canada with the opportunity to travel for 30 days after camp.
Camp Counsellors are responsible for looking after the children at camp, be that as a general or activity counsellor. You'll be involved in all the crazy activities and be an all-round great role model. You must be a charismatic all-rounder that loves working with children.
AmeriCamp Canada sends thousands of people from all around the world to work and travel at Summer camps in North America.

Qualifications and experience requirements
The most important thing is to be passionate about working with children, and wanting to make sure they have the best time at camp. Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential, as is experience or qualifications in key sports and activities such as: horse riding, arts and crafts, archery, ceramics, climbing, kayaking, fencing, sailing, swimming, tennis, high ropes, gymnastics.
