Job description

Our Aspiring Developer Programme is two years of focused technology training. You’ll experience an immersive, two-year learning journey that will give you the opportunity to work with some of the best technology there is, alongside leading developers at Barclays. It begins with an intense and supportive Coding Academy where you’ll learn how to code. We’ll give you access to the latest coding languages, AI and machine learning. This is followed by two rotations in different areas of our technology business which will give you experience with some of our most interesting projects. You’ll also have opportunities to take part in global learning hackathons and immerse yourself in the diverse and inclusive culture that Barclays prides itself on.
