The position is office based, undertaking dimensional take-offs from construction drawings, and inputting data into a proprietary software package (NHER Plan Assessor). Full training will be provided.
The position offers a long term opportunity to learn and progress into higher level consulting activities, such as sustainability statements / dynamic thermal modelling / non domestic energy assessments etc.
Environmental Economics is a successful energy and sustainability consultancy, with a growing client base. Services include energy assessments, overheating simulations and daylighting analytics of newbuild housing and commercial properties, undertaking reports supporting planning applications, and BREEAM assessments.

Qualifications and experience requirements
A-levels or equivalent in maths and / or science / technology
HND / degree level education
No relevant experience necessary, although experience in an office workplace environment will be a positive asset.
Accepted degree subjects
physics · architecture · mathematics · planning and surveying · mechanical engineering · materials science
with immediate improvement after three months to £22,000-£24,500; annual bonus
