MSc in Economics and Business Administration - Information Management is a master programme developing graduates who know how to lead digital transformation, manage information, and build information systems that meet complex organizational needs.
The programme offers great career prospects such as IT manager, project manager, change manager or consultant, often in global and international organisations. Through a challenging and exciting study, you will be provided with professional qualifications that enable you to play a key role in a modern organisation, working with digital transformation and digital innovation. Information systems and IT are enablers for innovation that transforms the economy and create value.
You will thus be capable of participating creatively in the management of information resources and information technology (IT). You will be taught how to deliver value from IT to make businesses as well as their services and products more attractive and competitive. You will learn how to create and manage new IT systems that support business goals and strategies frequently in an international scope. You will be able to participate in strategic planning, to formulate requirements for new IT systems and to implement such systems in businesses and organisations.
Working with information and IT requires the ability to perform multidisciplinary functions. This programme prepares you for this by focusing on a close dialogue and contact between students and teachers and by integrating project work and cooperation as tools in your learning process.
*NOTE: Please note that this MSc programme is relevant for all students with a bachelor's degree within the field of business administration wishing to combine IT and business studies - and not only for students holding a bachelor's degree with IT elements.
