Course content

The aims of the course are:

  • To enable participants to develop counselling skills that can be applied in their present or potential work settings;
  • To provide opportunities to reflect on practice, and develop a conceptual understanding of the aims and process of counselling;
  • To facilitate an informed awareness of the ways in which personal qualities and experience can be used in a counselling role.
