You are required to be working within or have recent experience of working within the scope of people management or human resources. If you are entering the post graduate HR by block or part-time delivery seeking accreditation for prior learning you should also recognise that you may need to check the modules completed historically e.g. under the “Professional Development Standards” in terms meet the transition requirements for latter CIPD Chartered membership, if this is desired.
