Enhance your managerial capabilities and career prospects with our MA Human Resource Management. You’ll gain a broad understanding of the importance of people management in organisational development and business operations.
Human resource management is an exciting discipline to master. The HR director of the future will be concerned with workforce management, and organisational structure and effectiveness in rapidly changing, increasingly globalised markets. Using a base of theory and practical skills, you will gain the expertise needed to assemble the right people with the necessary skills, attitudes and talents to meet the business objectives.
Our Masters degree will suit you if you’re in the early or middle stages of your career, developing your strategic and international perspectives and giving you the skills you need to succeed in this challenging area. You’ll have exposure to a range of cutting-edge HR concepts that you can put into practice at work.
