Candidates must already be employed in an appropriate higher educational context and must have regular access to students so that they can be observed whilst teaching them. A first degree is desirable and a high standard of written English is essential. This course is accredited by the Higher Education Academy and successful graduates who work in Higher Education Institutions will be able to apply to become a fellow of the HEA. In order to successfully complete the course students must pass the following modules: Enhancing Learning and Teaching through Reflective Practice (30 Credits) Developing Assessment for Learning (30 Credits)
