Enhance your managerial skills and career prospects with our MA in Human Resource Management (HRM), approved by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Our course will suit you if you are in the early or middle stages of your HR career. Strengthening your existing experience and providing new knowledge to develop your specialism, its grounding theory, future-focus, international perspective and strategic approach aims to open up a world of opportunities for you. We’ve over 25 years of experience delivering CIPD qualifications and we aim to help you develop as a reflective practitioner and ‘thinking performer’.

You’ll have exposure to a range of cutting-edge HR concepts. Information for international students

If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 ( Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.
