To be eligible for this course, you must normally have:
- A UK honours degree at a minimum of second class (2.2) or equivalent.
For students whose prior learning was not taught in English:
- IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
Please be aware that this course will require you to handle numbers. We recommend that you have a minimum of GCSE standard maths to succeed. Please speak to our admissions team for more information.
If you don’t have academic qualifications
We are more than happy to consider, and positively encourage, an application from you if have substantial suitable work experience (typically 5 years senior level experience) and can show us that you have the motivation to study the programme. We’ll ask you for a personal statement that demonstrates your ability to study the course. We may also want references and evidence of relevant experiences.

Big Data is big business in today’s data-driven landscape, increasing the demand for people with the knowledge of how to approach data more than ever before. Our online Masters course in Data Analytics and Finance will prepare you to ask the right questions and maximise the opportunities that Big Data now offers, learning to apply and communicate the principles of data handling in the financial sector.
This programme will help you to develop key strategic skills in both data analytics and finance. Studying these two disciplines together will prepare you with a sound approach to management accounting and an understanding of how data analytics can inform strategic financial decisions.
