Course content

Management needs to be thought about globally and globalization has forced a huge rethinking of multi-national business models, particularly with regards to strategy, location, product design and logistics. The Global Operations and Service Management MSc will prepare you for a global approach to business operations.

It provides an in-depth understanding of advanced strategic operations, on a global scale, familiarising you with the strategic thinking needed when designing, producing, transporting, and selling a product for a global market.

You can choose to study this course as part of our double degree programme.
