One of the following: A good UK honours degree (normally upper second class) in law Equivalent overseas degree recognised by Aston University. As well as: Two professional references An official academic transcript of your university grades to date International students whose native language is not English will also need a TOEFL or IELTS qualification. Where legal expertise meets commercial intelligence.

LLM in International Commercial Law is aimed at students with a law background who will gain expertise in legal specialisms within a commercial context, and who wish to deepen and broaden their commercial law portfolio and enhance their legal career prospects.

The programme is ideal for legal practitioners, for whom the opportunity to study part-time is particularly designed. In addition to affording the opportunity to acquire international commercial legal expertise the programme is also designed to equip students with advanced legal research and writing skills.
