Course content

Programme overview
The MSc Services Innovation programme provides students with in-depth knowledge and experience in services innovation and core supporting areas such as business models, business analytics and digital strategies. It develops the skills needed for the design and
management of innovative business models, drawing on the latest research and industry-leading practice from the Aston Centre for Servitization Research and Practice.
Outline of programme
Students will develop a knowledge and understanding of services innovation, through the study of business analytics, management consultancy, business modelling, digital strategy and gamification. Informed by industry needs and current research, this course blends specific knowledge in services innovation and a range of professional skills. Methods of teaching include lectures and seminars. Most
seminars will focus on problem-based learning or “learning by doing”.
