Entry requirements

A 2(ii) undergraduate degree, preferably in a related subject, e.g. business, psychology, marketing, finance, management from a university, or a similar qualification from any other institution is required. Alternatively, possession of a suitable professional qualification and relevant practical experience may also be accepted. In general, however, applicants are judged on their individual merits and age, work experience and other factors are also considered.

Course content

In the first semester, Business and Consumer Psychology will be in equal proportions; however in Semester 2 there will be a greater focus on business and the dissertation is undertaken in a business-related subject.
Compulsory modules: consumer psychology, nudges and behaviour change, marketing strategy, management research, applied consumer psychology.
Optional modules, choose 3: European business, new venture creation, contemporary issues in management finance for managers,enterprise by design, marketing communication, entrepreneurial marketing.
Dissertation - approximately 10,000 words.

English language requirements: IELTS: 6.0 (with no element below 5.5); Pearson PTE: a score of 56 (with no element lower than 51); Cambridge English Test – Advanced: 169 (with no element lower than 162).
