Course content

The Experimental Dermatology Laboratories are fully equipped for molecular, genetic, and cellular studies of skin physiology and disease, including all forms of skin cancer. Students are encouraged to learn a variety of investigation skills including cell culture, plasmid construction, transfection, cloning, sequencing, immunohistochemistry and southern, northern, western and south-western blotting.
