Youcan study either the Multt Unit Leadership and Strategy programme at either Postgraduate Diploma or Masters level.
The Postgraduate Diploma course is the first part of your Masters programme and leads on to the Masters course.
The course modules cover the critical issues faced by the multi-unit manager and are designed to draw on the experience of each individual in the training room. In addition the workshops emphasise the practical side of multi-unit management so set out to give the delegate techniques that are usable in the workplace.
You are awarded a PG Diploma on successful completion of this part of the course.
The Masters programme is made up of two elements:
1.Business Research Methods module provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to carry out effective business and management research in a multi-unit context. The selection and application of a range of research methods will be discussed with particular emphasis on how they contribute to the validity and reliability of research and their application to different types of projects.
2.The Dissertation is chosen by the individual and the company. Undertaking the Dissertation will require the development of advanced knowledge and skills in all aspects of a multi-unit learning including: research skills; opportunity and problem finding and mapping; search, experimentation, discovery, innovation, creativity and imagination as well as personal, social and relationship aspects.
