An Honours degree at 2:1 or higher and/or a relevant Master's degree. The Faculty of Management has a vibrant and varied research community, comprising more than 50 doctoral researchers and numerous professors who are leaders in their fields. In the 2014 Research Excellence Framework (REF) results, we were rated number one in the UK for our research into tourism, based on internationally recognised research, and BU is also home to the editorial teams who edit four of the leading scholarly journals within the tourism sector - Tourism Management, the International Journal of Tourism Research, Tourism Economics, and Tourism Management Perspectives.
We work closely across the university's faculties to further research into a wide range of areas, including consumer behaviour, intellectual property management, nutrition, digital marketing, wellbeing, dementia, sustainability and foreign direct investment, among many others.
