Entry requirements

You need an undergraduate degree (lower second class or higher) eligible for the ACCA Strategic Professional level exams, or ACCA Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills papers (AB-FM) passes or exemptions.

If you haven’t passed the ACCA Knowledge and Skills exams, or don’t hold the correct exemptions, you can enter our MSc Accounting and Finance (Advanced Diploma) at the relevant stage instead.

English entry requirements for international students

If English is not your first language and you do not hold an honours degree that was delivered in English, you will be required to provide proof of your ability – for reading, writing, listening and speaking in English.

The minimum entry requirements are an overall IELTS of 6.5 or equivalent, with no components lower than 6.0. View details of other accepted qualifications.

With modules created in partnership with leading accountancy firms, our programme is designed to develop critical thinking and analytical skills essential for a successful global accounting career.

Fully aligned to the Strategic Professional Level syllabus of the ACCA qualification, you will earn 120 credits towards your MSc Accounting and Finance, as well as progressing towards ACCA membership. Plus, avoid double assessments* by studying our ACCA-Approved Content – matching the current syllabus and exam papers.
