Entry requirements

To apply for the BPP University LLM (Chinese Investment and Business Law) you must meet the following minimum admissions requirements: You should hold an equivalent to: Minimum 2.2 law degree Minimum 2.2 degree in law and another subject Minimum 2.2 non-law degree and a pass in the GDL or CPE Minimum 2.2 non-law degree and appropriate/relevant professional experience Non-graduates with appropriate professional experience will also be considered

Course content

The BPP University LLM in Chinese Investment and Business Law has been designed by practitioners essentially for practitioners or those intending to enter the business and investment arena of China. Therefore in considering applications we will take account of any relevant practical experience that candidates have had.

This programme has been carefully designed to offer you the opportunity not only to engage in advanced study of the relevant area but also acquire skills that you will find useful in practice.

The programme addresses particular areas of Chinese law that are necessarily important in being able to advise on Chinese investment and business activities.

It is not necessary for students to have any familiarity with the Chinese language, written or spoken. The course is taught by lecturers who have practised in China and have practical knowledge and experience of the relevant issues.
