Most students on this course have a good undergraduate degree in a related field. However individuals with equivalent experience can also apply. For this course you will be invited to attend an interview to showcase your portfolio. When applying for the course you need to include a short research project proposal.

If you're looking for a creative and vibrant environment where you can explore your art, this master's is the course for you. We'll support and guide you as you experiment and develop your skills. By the end of the course you will be confident in producing creative and expert work in your chosen area.

Students on this course are typically looking to advance to senior roles in their organisations or change career direction. However, others are interested in taking their creativity into research and development.

At Bucks you'll benefit from our emphasis on practical experience. You'll learn through workshops that allow you to explore and perform material research. You'll also have opportunities to showcase your work and be inspired by guest lecturers.

This course gives you the freedom to specialise in your area of interest. Typically our students already have some related experience they wish to build on. But some choose to explore new areas.
