The minimum entry requirements for the programme are as follows:
- Entry qualifications: Hons Degree or academic equivalent
- Non-academic entry requirements: review of work experience, letters or recommendation, interview (via Skype or in-person)
- IELTS: 6.5 (if applicable)

The MA in Leadership & Management seeks to accelerate the mind-set of managers in order to advance them to become responsible and reflective, strategic leaders in any given field. Our programme has been newly redesigned to reflect the changing pace of organisational decision-making where traditional management theories and practices may no longer be fit for purpose. There are three recurring themes throughout the programme: relevancy, responsibility and reflection as these three traits underpin effective management and leadership.
