Applicants will normally hold a good honours degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent, although we have a flexible approach to our application process. Relevant career experience will be considered in place of qualifications, for example: the armed forces, police, security industry or in risk management, business continuity, crisis and/or emergency management.

The MSc Organisational Resilience is designed to provide those working in resilience roles, such as risk managers, security, crisis or business continuity managers, an opportunity for advancement to senior positions. The course is also particularly suited to those looking to advance their careers following service in the emergency services or military.
