Course content
Our Professional Practice programmes offer you a wide range of pathways to enhance your skills as well as gaining credits in a specific area. Designed to suit the different study needs of our students, our flexible programmes allow you to study at your own pace and can be taken over a number of years.
Modules
We offer a wide variety of modules. Each module is awarded a number of credits and can be studied on a stand-alone basis, providing greater flexibility when working towards a MSc award.
Non-credit bearing modules are ideal for students wanting to continue their professional development but do not require credits to put towards an award. On completion of a non-credit bearing module, students will not be required to undertake a final assessment. However, they will receive a certificate of Continuing Professional Development hours which will be valuable for Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) revalidation purposes.
