Applicants to the International MBA will usually have obtained an Honours degree (or equivalent) and have at least two years post-graduation experience in a managerial position. Students whose first language is not English or whose language of instruction at undergraduate level was not English will be required to demonstrate English proficiency at a score of IELTS level 6.5 or its equivalent. Months of entry
This course has been developed to address business leadership in an uncertain world of continuous disruption. It will provide a strategic and global view of business, with a focus on building your problem solving, creative thinking, and empathy skills; all within an international context.
You will learn to identify global uncertainties and disruptive factors, and explore how you can quickly adapt these circumstances to your organisation's competitive advantage.
In addition to this, you will explore the issues that many organisations face today, including:
- crisis and emergency planning for executives
- the opportunities and threats posed by interconnected digital dependencies
- executive decision-making across global environments.
Management styles from different regions and cultures will be explored in each module.
By the end of the programme, you will have developed a strategic, integrated and holistic perspective on organisations and management. You will be confident in your leadership capabilities, and prepared for senior management career progression through the development of enhanced personal and interpersonal skills.
