Entry requirements

You normally qualify for entry to this course if you have an undergraduate degree in any discipline or recognised equivalent, CIPD Level 3 or 5 Certificates. You'll also need to be in employement in an HR or associated role, or have had previous experience in a substantive HR role

The Advanced level Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM) is the postgraduate qualification awarded by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) delivered by Canterbury Christ Church University.
