Applicants must have successfully completed the PgDip in Surgical Care Practice. Note: International students pursuing part-time programmes of study are not eligible for Tier 4 (General Student) visas and must have alternative leave to remain in the UK if they intend to study at the University in person.

Course content

Due to changes in the Royal College of Surgeons curriculum for Surgical Care Practitioners, the current PgDip is under review and will not be available for the 2015-2016 academic year. The dissertations module for the MSc in Surgical Care Practice will still be available to those who have already completed the PgDip in Surgical Care Practice.

Course Description

The module is offered in both full-time and part-time study, for Surgical Care Practitioners who have completed the PgDip in Surgical Care Practice.

Career Prospects

Students undertaking the programme are likely to be employed in a SCP post.
