Course content
The Gluten Free Living Course teaches everything you need to know about living your life gluten free, educating about the way that gluten affects the body.
During this course we will help you to recognise any gluten related symptoms in your own life, carry out trials for allergy and intolerance, along with how to make changes in your diet to go gluten-free easily and for the long-term.
Each of the modules are written on an interactive basis, with exercises and activities to help you learn about the subject in great detail, but it also teaches you about how your diet may be affecting you and your mind-set. By studying this course you will receive a carefully created mix of advice, exploration, education, and suitable resources to aid with your quest for gluten-free living.
The course also includes Mindful Nutrition, Gluten and Mental Health, Gluten Free Children, Autism and Diet and the Autistic Brain, Clean Eating and Gluten Free Cooking and Baking.

The Gluten Free Living Diploma Course will take you up to 150 hours to complete, working from home. There is no time limit for completing this course, it can be studied in your own time at your own pace. This is a Level 3 course and will give you 150 CPD (Continued Professional Development) points. Upon completion of your course assessments, you receive 2 certificates. A certificate from the Centre of Excellence and a CPD certificate displaying the number of CPD points earned from the course. This course is registered with the CMA (Complementary Medical Association), which is internationally recognised as the elite force in professional, ethical complementary medicine by professional practitioners, doctors and, increasingly, by the general public. Upon completion of the course you can gain membership to the CMA, which in addition to supplying a professional accreditation, offers a number of benefits, all of which can be found here. Upon successful completion of this course, learners can also receive a certificate of achievement from Quality Licence Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary, which lists the details of all the units the learner has completed as part of the course. (This certificate is optional and costs an additional £15). The Quality Licence Scheme is a leading national Awarding Organisation. It has a long-established reputation for developing and awarding high-quality vocational qualifications across a wide range of industries. This course has been endorsed under the Quality Licence Scheme.
