Learn everything you need to know about positive psychology, Flow and how to activate it with the Mastering Flow States Diploma Course.

The Mastering Flow States Diploma Course then shows you how Flow is manifested through the various physical senses of the body. We look at how Flow can be achieved through a variety of mental activities, which you can use yourself, and the various applications this state can be applied to.

So, how is it that some people attain Flow with more ease than others? We look at how autotelic personalities and autotelic jobs induce Flow, as well as how free time is wasted by ‘indulging’ in activities that don’t stimulate our minds and lack the conditions needed to induce Flow. We’ll also explore the various outcomes of Flow, including positive experiences, performance and learning, and discovering meaning in our lives.

Of course, we all inevitably face challenges, adversities, and stresses – all of which can oppose what is necessary to achieve Flow. We look at ways in which Flow can be achieved even when we come up against such difficulties.
