Course content

Designed for new dog owners and potential trainers, the Puppy Training Diploma Course focuses on the puppy and how he learns, right through to adolescence.

The Puppy Training Diploma Course covers all of the usual puppy questions, such as toilet training, crate training and food. Along with the essential knowledge on how to best teach a puppy good manners and finely tune your mutual communication.

The first half of the course covers essential knowledge and education whilst the second half introduces practical application. You will receive all of the information needed to oversee puppy training of your own dog or to aid other dog owners to get it right when raising a puppy.

In addition to the course materials, the Puppy Training Course also gives students access to 2 video tutorials demonstrating important techniques that are useful when taking your puppy for a walk, these being: Loose Leash and Come Back.

Through positive reinforcement, these techniques will help you gain more control while walking your puppy, by encouraging them not pull on the leash and ensuring your dog comes back to you when they are off the leash.
