Entry requirements

Applicants should hold a lower second class honours degree or the equivalent from an international institution in civil engineering, architecture, surveying or construction-related subjects. Alternatively, applicants should hold chartered engineering status or an equivalent international status.

Course content

The MSc Construction Management course provides graduates and professionals with an engineering background in the built environment (civil engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, contractors and consultants) with the knowledge and skills needed for a rewarding management career in the infrastructure construction industry.

The course includes a significant proportion of management modules delivered by academic staff members of Cass Business School, complemented with modules delivered by senior professional engineers heavily involved in addressing the practical aspects of planning, financing and delivering large scale civil engineering projects in industry.

For those students whose first language is not English, the following qualifications are required: IELTS: 6.5 TOEFL (internet-based): 100

Fees and funding

  • Full-time EU: £12,000
  • Part-time EU: £6,000 per year
  • Full-time Non EU: £15,000
  • Part-time Non EU: £7,500 per year
