A good undergraduate degree. This course is aimed primarily at law graduates, legal practitioners (solicitors and barristers) from the UK and other jurisdictions, and politics and business graduates with some knowledge of law.

Course content
Corporations occupy a central role in international business. The internationalisation of business and commerce over the past century has posed new challenges to the regulations of corporations, exascerbated further by the growth of the internet and electronic commerce.
This course introduces you to various contemporary issues that exist in international corporate law, and provides you with an advanced knowledge and understanding of these issues; as well as enhancing your critical awareness of the regulation of international corporations. You will examine, in particular the obligations that corporations owe to their shareholders, their employees, states, other businesses, and society.
Benefitting from over 50 years’ experience of teaching Law and having the opportunity to participate in the Coventry University Global Leaders programme, our CMI module, and new to 2020, having the opportunity to undertake a 1 year placement (subject to application process and additional fees), there are plenty of ways to develop your skills and stand out in the global graduate market.
