Over the past decade, the impact that nutrition has on athletic performance has become increasingly clear. The PgCert/PgDip/MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition aims to enable students to develop an evidence-based approach to understanding the science of sports nutrition and the application of sport and exercise nutrition for groups and individuals.

Successful completion of the postgraduate certificate elements of this course (1st year), will able students to generate evidence to enable their application for graduate entry on to the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register. The first year of this course uses blended learning to allow maximum flexibility to fit study into your schedule. The reminder of the course is delivered traditionally at the university. Continuing studying at Masters level may enhance student employability by showing depth of knowledge and skills in sport and exercise nutrition.
