Entry requirements

We welcome applications from talented candidates of all backgrounds and each application is considered on its individual merit. Usually candidates must hold either a:

  • first or a second class UK honours degree in a relevant discipline, or
  • international degree - equivalent of UK qualifications.

Candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered if they have a professional qualification together with 5 years' post-qualification relevant work experience. Other relevant qualifications, together with significant experience, may be considered.

The Management and Human Resource Management MSc will equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to prepare you for managerial roles, with a specific focus on the Human Resource Management (HRM) function. It will enable you to progress into a HRM role upon graduation.

This course shares content, including modules and other course activities, with our top-ranked Management MSc course, which is ranked 6th in the UK and 28th in the QS World University Rankings: Masters in Management (MiM) ranking 2022.

Cranfield School of Management is offering all successful UK applicants for our full-time master’s courses, starting in September 2022, a scholarship to cover 20% of their course tuition fee Cranfield School of Management UK Scholarships
