This programme is suitable for existing HR Administrators looking to take the next step, or HR Managers that are looking to expand their knowledge and upskill for their current role.

What is the difference between the Certificate and the Diploma?
The Certificate requires 6 modules to complete, the Diploma requires 8.

If you are currently in an HR role, looking to gain some key industry knowledge to further your career, this programme could be for you. If you’re new to HR, but have relevant qualifications and experience, the Level 5 Programme could also be for you.
