An existing Level 3 Qualification, CIPD or other would be ideal. Enough relevant experience in L&D solutions or function would suffice. Our expert Programme Advisors will assess your wants and needs prior to booking on to ensure you choose the correct level for you.

This Programme is suitable for existing L&D practitioners/managers looking to take the next step, or L&D specialists looking to expand knowledge and skills for their current role.

What is the difference between the Certificate and the Diploma?

The Certificate requires 5 modules to complete, the Diploma requires 7.
