This new MSc programme is aimed at graduates intending to follow or develop their careers in food science, technology, and nutrition as related to food production, health and allied areas. The programme aims to foster and develop knowledge and awareness of scientific trends and health issues in a global context.
The programme will be organised in a modular format and offers graduates the opportunity to carry out a scientific project in one of the partner institutions in Ireland, Belgium, Germany or Portugal.
