Months of entry
The International Pre Masters for the MSc in Computing is a one year programme which offers non EU graduates from technical but non computing disciplines the opportunity to acquire the core knowledge of computing concepts necessary to be eligible for entry to the MSc in Computing programme in the School of Computing. A key objective of this programme is to develop the student’s English language skills and bring them to a level appropriate for study at Masters level.
The philosophy behind the qualifier is that graduates from other disciplines will have developed significant transferable skills in analysis, communications and independent learning and so will be in a position to learn a focused subset of computing knowledge quickly while developing their English language skills.
