To join this programme, you should have a first or upper second class honours degree, or equivalent, in accounting or a related discipline. In exceptional circumstances, students with a lower second class honours degree with demonstrable knowledge of their subject matter may be admitted at the department's discretion.

Course contentThis MSc in Accounting, Finance and Management develops your understanding of advanced accounting by examining a range of contemporary finance and management topics, whilst also engaging you in research methods and the undertaking of a significant research exercise. You will develop a clearer vision and understanding of the changing role and perception of accounting and related areas within the context of changing global markets, competition and shifting societal values. On successful completion of the programme, you will be prepared to face the challenges of managing and working in organisations with a wide array of competing economic, social, political and cultural conditions.
